Problem with Philips LED TV HDMI

I recently got a FilmBOX and connect it to my Full HD Philips LED TV , Once I switched the Filmbox on after few minutes the TV gets restarted by itself, and keep on doing that over and over again. I called the TV support they said it is to do with your display setup. Tried everything but still not working. Can anyone help?

Go into the TV menu and turn off CEC. This is a system that is supposed to make operating your set up easier but since it is not standardized it often makes things worse. It operates over the HDMI cable.
