I have a fujitsu laptop and i want to restore it back to its factory settings because its extremely slow, however when i try to refresh or restore the laptop, it will turn off and start to load (as if it is restoring itself) but then after a few minutes it returns back to my desktop page.. and says there is an error which is occuring.... what can i do to restore it? please help.. thanks :)

Solution
Start by testing the hard drive with a bootable CD which contains SeaTools for DOS. The CD image file is here:
http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-dos-master/

On any working PC or laptop, install ImgBurn & use to create a CD from the CD image file:
http://filehippo.com/download_imgburn

Then boot your Fujitsu laptop from that CD and SeaTools will eventually open, depending on how fast the optical drive is on your laptop.

Test the laptop's hard drive with the Long/Extended test to be absolutely sure of the drive's physical condition..

Thank you. do i have to buy a CD? and if so where do i get that CD from?

Buy a CD for what? - - testing the hard drive?

Yes, you have to buy a pack of blank CD-R discs, you can buy them from Amazon or in any PC shop, and you'll obviously need to use a working laptop or PC that is equipped with a CD-writer. Then follow the instructions I posted earlier.
