Problems White LG Z1025 dongle

When I connect my dongle too my LG tv it says registration faill. I have plenty of wifi signal - please help!!

Can you be a little more specific? What dongle? What exactly is the error message saying?

It is a Z1025 dongle - original LG.
The massage is - could not connect to the USB device. remove it and try again.
When I put in a LAN cable, it works okay.
I tryed whit 2 different dongle's, but it says the same.
