Solved! Problems with eos and wondows7

Cannot get EOS utility 1.0 to function on windows 7(cannot download pictures)
Is there any solutions?

What model is your camera? Sometime you need to reinstall the software again. There is a section on canon website that you can download EOS utility for Windows 7 if you haven't tried that yet.
