Hello, I have been having problems opening webpages on all my browsers. I believe I have used everything shown on Youtube and none worked. I searched through problems endlessly.

My PC OS:
Windows 10

My PC Hardware:
Motherboard: Optiplex 380
Ram: 4GB (3.88 usable)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 3450
Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Chip type: ATI display adapter (0x95C5) DAC type: Internal DAC(400MHz)
Device Type: DELL PC
Hard Drive: 200GB Seagate Internal Hard Drive
1TB Seagate Internal Hard Drive
Wireless Adapter: RealTek 8811 CU Wireless LAN 802.11c USB NIC
DirectX: 12.0
Additional info: This only started happening after putting my 1TB HardDrive in a while ago and since then most webpages I go on won't load. This site was one of the few that loaded. Also, Temporarily after restarting my pc I may use any site I wish. Also, all my Third Party apps work perfectly fine.

Is this a hardware issue since all the other devices will work perfectly fine in my house? I got a pretty lowend PC. I've got fast internet though and stuff load instantly on webpages that work though, like Youtube or some Forum sites.

Could this be because I use both BitDefender and Avast? I heard that using multiple Antiviruses may temper with your PC.

Choose one browser and delete the Cache, History and Cookies. Restart the PC and see if that browser behaves any better.
Sad enough, I've tried that. There is one thing that sounded like it may work, but I haven't tried. I sorta feel dumb not thinking about it either... I'll give uninstalling my adapter a try.
