Program Macros for your XBOX 360 controller on PC

Hey guys,

I'm gonna keep it short. I'm looking for something like Razer Synapse for the XBOX 360 Controller on a PC pretty much. I would like to press "A" and have the PC execute a macro (like B+X+forward for example) instead of just "A". I know there are Controllers with built in Macro software but isn't there a way to do this without buying these controllers?

There should be a software or script that can convert a joystick input into something else. It could even be converting a joystick input into a keyboard input like "shift+a+j+p". That would work too.

My controller is plugged in btw (USB) not wireless.
