projector display is coming but audio is not coming

I have connected HDMI cable to my laptop from a projector, display is coming but audio is not coming.my laptop gives the sound when it is connected to projector with HDMI.it works when i make it as deafult playback speakers but after somdays it is creating same problem again.
when i reset my projector i get the audio but for somdays.i had try changing cable but its of not use.any solution for these?

I assume that the speaker is in the projector.
I don't think the HDMI cable is the problem.
Sounds like the issue is that the audio device is changing itself in the laptop.
Check with the maker about any driver updates that might help.
