Solved! Proscan Tablet Issue

I have a Proscan PLT-9650G tablet that I have performed a hard rest on. Now, when starting up the tablet, and after selecting a Wi-Fi network, it sits there and checks the network connectivity with a message saying “This may take a while”. The tablet shows that the wireless network it is connected to is at full strength. What could be wrong and what is the fix for this ??? I believe the Android OS is Lollipop 5.1.
 
Solution
Test with another wifi connection (friends house, public wifi like at a coffee shop, etc..) try with another signal 5ghz or 2.4. See if there is an update available to the OS.
