qlink z3001s just turned on, says no service. No network connection. I've tried restarting it, doesn't help

My phone isn't working, tryin to activate it and says no service with the ⚠️ I've tried restarting it, and switching on and off in a few options.. what do I do

contact your service provider? they might have an outage
