does qualcomm atheros ar956x laptop wifi adapter have bluetooth???

They are completely different. The WiFi adapter would not be where the Bluetooth is. Have you checked the specs for the laptop itself?

the laptop dosent have any other bluetooth device its original adapter was a wifi bluetooth combo but i had to change it now i want to know if this new adapter has bluetooth because its not showing up in windows 10 and some say it has no compatibility with win 10 now i want to make sure it has bluetooth so i return to win7 and use it xD (sorry for bad english)

As far as I know, and what I have found searching online is it doesn't have Bluetooth. Not that model.
