I have a laptop with 4GB Ram DDR3 1333MHz
Laptop supports to 8GB

Question Can I install 4GB 1600MHz

i have i5 Processor

You have to read the laptop's manual and it will tell you what memory speeds it will support.

If you instal a combo of 1333 & 1600 you will have to run them both at 1333.

Depends.
- If you have two SODIMM slots and only one is taken by the existing 4GB, you could probably just stick the 1600Mhz stick in without issue. It will be downclocked to 1333Mhz, but no big deal. Though ideally you want to be using the exact same kit, so finding a 4GB stick thats as close as possible in terms of specs to the original would be something you want to do.
- If you only have one SODIMM slot or the existing 4GB is a 2x2GB kit, then your going to have to replace the existing memory entirely if you want 8GB.
