Question about the Malwarebytes free and trial version?

I noticed that when I am using Malwarebytes I am using the trial version and only have 4 days left?....Is the free version going to be the same as the trial or similar to it...Will Malwarebytes still protect me even without the trial version?

Free version does not run in background. You have to manually update and scan. No expiration.

no,the free version does not offer full time protection.only the paid version does that.

Yes it will offer good protection, but it does not run the program automatically. You have to update and run the program yourself.
