Question for wireless headphones

I was thinking about getting a wireless gaming headset but I wanted to know if it would be possible for me to purchase a second headset dongle so I could plug it into my PC and have one plugged into my ps4 so I don't have to remember to take it out.

You'll usually have to re-pair it unless the headset supports multiple masters. Read the instructions manual for whatever headset you are thinking of.
