R7 250 2gb

Can an R7 250 2gb paired with and fx-6300 run bf4, low settings? I am shopping for a friend with a low budget and I am sure I found a decent deal on newegg. http/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229437R. At least 60 frames on low, at 720, 900, 1080p

It should be able to muster up medium settings at 1080p. At least my HD 7750 OC could do that with a FX-6300. The R7-250 is simply a slightly slower clone of the 7750.

Exactly what I was looking for, thank you. I couldn't find any info regarding an the 250 on anything other than ultra. So thank you very much.
