RAM for Video Editing

What RAM is better for video editing?

16GB DDR3 at 2000+/2400 Mhz
or*
32GB DDR3 at 1600MHz.

And if I would go for both 32GB, is the 2400MHz better or the difference is very small.

I would say more GB first, then speed.
