I restarted my laptop after running a virus check and finding a few suspicious files. But the problem is it didn't boot back up, the were no errors while on and it didn't have Trouble turning off but when it turned on it got stuck on the lenovo splash loading forever. Tired turning off and on again. Disconnecting all USB. Plugging in a recovery windows USB. And nothing. The laptop is 5 months old but has no warranty cause it fell on the floor and cracked a corner. But other than that visual thing everything works as it should. No overheating problems while playing games, no problem with performance on games, sound works, display too, all USB and stuff works and it has been working with no problem e months after the drop. What should I do?

Windows 10, upgraded from 8.1 awhile back. I have no disk, and if I had I couldn't use it anyway cause the laptop has no DVD drive and I do not own an external one.

Try to boot into safe mode as it showed here:
http://www.howtogeek.com/107511/how-to-boot-into-safe-mode-on-windows-8-the-easy-way/

After that try recovery mode as it showed here:

Problem is I don't even get to the part where i can click the bios button and stuff. That's the above works anyway even when stuck on the lenovo loading splash?
