Solved! Random Tabs Opening

Anytime I'm doing something on my computer a Tab on my computer keeps leading to this website http://click.adservinganalytics.com/redirect.php?ID=1374141744 and I don't know how to fix it! On the bottom of my screen it says something like "This offer was brought to you by Savings Cool" I don't know how to fix it!

Check your add-ons, extensions, etc. Disable them all and then enable one-by-one.
