Razer Chroma 7.1

Hello,

I just bought the Razer Kraken Chroma 7.1 and tried to install it to my laptop,
synapse will not find it as it keeps saying '' Connect a razer device ''
and on my devices it says Unspecified.

If someone knows the solution or any info on it please comment

Synapse is horrible, was the keyboard plugged in when you installed the driver?

Yeah it was in while i downloaded synapse, is there a seperate driver for it since it doesnt do it automatically
