Well if these are your only options the hyper x cloud is the better choice. But there are way more to chose from...

The HyperX Cloud is one of the best sounding 'gaming' headsets under $100.
It's a rebranded QPAD T90, which is a quality headphone.
I own one and I would highly recommend the HyperX Cloud.

Stay away from Razer. Over hyped pieces of junk.

The HyperX look to be a better choice. If you're open to buying headphones and using a mic with them you could get it even cheaper to around $40.
