Solved! Razer Hammerhead Pro V2 unable to detect on laptop

i recently bought a razer hammerhead pro v2, it works well on my phone, but when i plugged it into my laptop, it couldnt detect the mic and sound. my laptop doesnt have the audio jack, only headphone jack, so i am unable to use the splitter... someone help please thankss

If your laptop only has a headphone jack and not a combo jack that uses the 4 pole connection then the mic will never work. You can buy a USB soundcard for use if you want, this has a single 4 pole connection https://www.amazon.com/Creative-Bla...HMSFSSH9KM8&psc=1&refRID=78F4GVDMKHMSFSSH9KM8

Another options may be to get a bluetooth headset if your laptop has that.
