Razer Kraken Pro no sound

So, I bought a kraken pro headset about a year and 2 months ago and I always have problems. After 3 months of use they broke down. They would work only with the splitter on. A couple of months later they completely broke down. I use them on android phone most of the time. Then I contacted razer and I got a replacement. No after a couple of months ago the exact same thing happened with the new ones and I have no idea what to do. If someone can help I would really appreciate it.

This is actually very common, they make crap products that break easily or run into an assortment of problems. Not much you can do except to avoid them in the future.
