RCA maven pro doesn't recognize keyboard

Out of the blue, keyboard no longer an option. Only touch screen. Any help? Keyboard not dirty. Thanks.

Well is the keyboard wireless or wired or Bluetooth? That will make a difference in the fix.

Also, did you check the batteries in the keyboard (if wireless or Bluetooth)? That is the most common reason for them to stop working.

My keyboard and full usb port on my rca maven pro would both stop working together then start weeks later. I output thru mini hdmi constantly.
This tablet has a problem, if you UNCHECK HDMI OUTPUT UNDER DISPLAY IT TURNS OFF THE FULL USB AND KEYBORD PLUG. Almost smashed mine this morning. Then checked the box for hdmi, slid the keyboard on, and whammo! Hit the keyboards back button and all is well. VERIFIED!
