System has froze up. Does nothing, won't turn off or anything.

You are going to have to then wait for it to run out of power, then charge it a small amount and see if it turns on. If it works fine, and doesn't freeze when you do things, then charge it fully. If, however, it freezes again, then let it run out of power again, charge it a small amount again and turn it on in "Safe Mode". See if it freezes in there. If it does not, then you likely have something on the tablet that is the cause. Bad app, virus, malware, etc., that you will need to remove to be able to use it normally.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
