hey guys please help when i plug in charger to laptop it shows plugged in not charging and this cause lag in games i tried to play without battery and still lags (i need solution for lag not batter cause i tried many ways to fix and it appeared that my battery is dead , i have removal battery ) ( the game is pubg mobile in tencent gaming buddy before plugged in not charging problem i got 50-60 fps now its 30 and drops to 0-10) thx

Replace the battery. I have seen systems not work properly unless the battery was in and working.
