Reagarding Samsung j7 2016 Network Problem

i am using jio sim in samsung galaxty j7 2016.
i am not able to receive calls from jio network mobiles like lava lenovo which are also 4g mobiles. if they dialed to my jio No signals of jio and another sim airtel drops down. The samasung techician couldnt able to solve this problem. i would be very glad if any one knows the soloution

This should not be a Samsung issue but the carrier you are using, contact them.

I have also face the same problem in Samsung j7 & i requested to al never buy any Samsung device in future.
I had used xiaomi & moto g 5 plus & their performance was amazing.
Samsung Customer care executive did not resolve my issue.Very bad experience with Samsung

We need more details than that, smohammedrehan4 and I don't mean three posts of the same sentence. Which sort of Network do you mean and what is the error message you see when trying to connect?

I bought samsung J7 Prime mobile last week and Im facing network issues continuously. I have to search my wife friend's messages among several missed call messages in the message list. Im fed up with this new mobile. I never had this frustration with any Samsung products till now.

You will get better advice if you copy your post nd paste it into a thread of your own. This is irrelevant to your problem and it's quite old now.

Simple solution...
Just update your android system...
Goto settings -> software update -> download manually.
And install it. This worked for me. Hope for you too..
