Realtek HD Audio 5.1 Surround Sound not working

My surround sound system is connected through an auxiliary to RCA cable, but it is acting as a front speaker set, with no center or rear. Is there any way to fix this?

Which speaker are you using? And you did connect 3 3.5mm cables at back of your right?
