Realtek hd audio manager no sound

Hello,
I can't get any sound out of my speakers on my monitor. They won't work on stereo, but when I put the speaker on 5.1, 7.1 or quadrophonic they work as rear speakers. But I don't have any sort of surround sound, and want them to work on stereo setting.

You probably plug it in the wrong terminal. It may be on black terminal which is rear/surround. Move it to green terminal jack which is for front stereo speakers.
