Reazer synapse 2.0 wont open?

So i need to uninstall razer synapse couple weeks ago and now when i try to install it again its not install it just saying http/gyazo.com/5c14ff61b73de3f322635c736722227b And then its just dont do enything? Can somebody help me?

You are probably not giving it enough time to extract. Just start the installation again and leave it to do it's thing.

Unplug your razer device, start synapse, then in the top set to go offline. Once you've done that re plug in your device and click sync settings in the bottom right.
This is how I've managed to fix it whenever it comes up,

I return them back to the shop and there he tryet at hes pc and it didnt work on his pc even! So i got my money back buyet Kingston HyperX Clouds i have liket these! Much better than Razer Kraken 7.1!
Ohh and why did i return them the left speaker stopped working! 🙁
