Reboot windows from laptop to notebook

how do i reboot my acer notebook from my laptop my acer notebook does not have a cd drive it has USB drive

Reboot???
That you can do by just using the power switch... but what you most probably mean is to format the HDD and reinstall Windows....
If so, I wonder why?
Acer has an inbuilt recovery tool for such and emergency and will recover/reset the notebook/laptop to it's factory default state.... meaning like the day when you bought it.
