That may be but since iCould is run by them, they are the only ones that may be able to recover anything, especially since the files are "permanently" deleted. Unless you can find someone else that can connect to their data center and find your data, Apple support is all you can use. In my experience files that are permanently deleted don't have backups done on them so if you delete them, they are gone unless copied to somewhere else.Apple support are a complete waste of time in my experience.
