You have to get it from Toshiba unless you can find someone that uploaded it by doing a web search. I don't like doing searches for those things as many times those type of files are fake downloads that lead you from ad to ad or on sites filled with viruses and spyware. There are a few companies that sell recovery disks but I have never tried anything from them so can't vouch for them myself. http/www.restoredisks.com/
