Recovery of Contact List Samsung Galaxy 4 phone

I accidently deleted my contact list. It is not backed up on sim card. Is there anyway I can recover it?

Were your contacts synced to either your Google or your Samsung account? On most Galaxy devices, both options are offered by default and if you didn't turn them off, you should be able to import your contacts from either account.
