Solved! Redline markup pdf drawing best way

Dear folk

Attached is part of a pdf drawing for my work sometime when I do a survey I need to redline markup the floor plan page only,,,,means I suggest a location for a new cabinet or a new hardware and put a distance and write the description.

What I have been doing take a screenshot to this page and pasted into a microsoft paint and then add what i want to add

Can i redline markup the page using pdf editor rather than Microsoft paint ?

By the way is there a website when I can upload the origin page of floor plan?

Use the Acrobat Reader and the comment tools to mark all you want

For uploading documents you can use any cloud service out there like google drive, one drive, drop box or similar. You can share the uploaded documents to anyone there too

Does Acrobat Reader comment tools let me add shapes (rectangle or square) that I use the to refer to new equipment that will be installed in future ?
I haven't used Adobe as I am using Foxit Phantom Business

additionally you can export and import these comments to later versions of the PDF, so you won´t have to do all the work again.
