refirbished ThinkPad Laptop T420 Intel

I found this laptop and i am wondering if, should i get it since its refurbished. (I am trying to convince my mom) .

Hi,
the bigger problem with refurbish is the price / warranty ratio.
You get about 50-100 $ less than a new but only 90 days warranty.

I personally would never buy used or refurbish laptop .

Thinkpads are pretty durable. I had the T420 and so has my cousin and both never had problems. I would agree buying one with a warranty would be smart but they are pretty durable.
