Remove Battery When At Home?

Hey Should I Remove the battery in my laptop when I'm at home and just keep it plugged in?

or does it not matter?

Just bought it yesterday

I remove the battery after it is fully charged for my new laptop.

If I know I will be taking it out with me, then I'll stick in the battery about an hour before just to make sure the battery is topped off.

In the event i don't need to take my laptop out with me, then I'll just make sure the battery is charged to full capacity once a month.
