I recently cracked the screen on my X1 Carbon (2nd Gen).
I was out of warranty so I went ahead and ordered the same model screen (LP140QH1 - SPB1) from Aliexpress.com.
After installing it I have been having the issue of it constantly randomly freezing. After a few seconds it would just freeze and I would have to restart.
If the laptop is plugged in there is a chance that the laptop will work fine but once you unplug it would freeze.
If anyone might know a solution I would so much appreciate it!

i7 - 4600u, 256GB SSD, 8GB Ram
Update: Noticed that if I have a youtube video open and it freezes I can hit spacebar and the video sound resumes but screen remains frozen
