Geez... most of these comments... add something to the conversation not just empty: "ZOMG!! camera + Apple= Crapple! D:"
I recently got married, and bought iPhones for my wife and I (We have to travel a lot and having access to the internet is wonderful). We just got back from our Honeymoon and thanks to our phones I was able to take tons of pictures to share with my family and friends. I just used a flickr updater app and set my phone to send the new pictures to my photostream right away, or at night when we went to bed. I have never owned an actual camera, and I will admit the pictures aren't the best I have ever seen, but the camera on my phone took some beautiful pictures. I even practiced doing some HDR by focusing on different points of the scene and combining the image at home with ease. I can't imagine a better device for my needs. It's not about how big your lens is, it's about how you use your device.
