Reset my samsung series 4000 tv to factory specs

I cant find a way to get wi-fi on my samsung series 4000 tv. I want to set it back to factory specs and start over. How do I do this? One website told me to find the networks option on the menu, but there is nothing that says networks.

You trying to master reset the tv or the internet part only? I have one in the next room I can go play with

Either one. I just can't get the wi-fi on my tv and therefore I cant set up my chromecast.
