residual game menu and white fuzzing in center of screen (toshiba qosmio laptop)

So, I left to go out for about an hour and I came back to my laptop looking like this

Before it was perfectly fine and there were no problems and now I'm getting this. The laptop is a Toshiba Qosmio (x75 I think, not entirely sure) running windows 10. I was playing KOTOR when i left.

I did and it was still there

do you have or can borrow a monitor to see if that displays on it or not tho I don't think it will as I think the screen itself is dying? was that band there thru the entire bootup process?
