Phone vibrates and shuts off and keeps doing the same thing

Charge it for a few hours, if the battery is removable, remove it. Hold in the power button for about 10 seconds. Plug in the battery, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, release it, hold it in again for about 30 seconds, see if it turns on at all. If not there is a good chance the system board is bad.
