Restore the Windows 7 Interface in Windows 8

Quite happy with with my Win 7 Pro 64bit

But LEAP Motion makes me start to contemplate Win 8...

But I am guessing that I can install plenty of good "touch" interfaces to work with Win 7
- will be looking into this myself soon
