Restricted Call?

Hello,

I called a friend and it showed up as a restricted call on his phone. I did not dial *67 or attempt to restrict my number.
Why did this happen?

Occasionally it happens when the cell tower doesn't get or transmit all of the data from your phone, i.e. it could have been due to network congestion, etc...
