Risk Board Game app for android?

Hi all,
A long time ago, I remember playing a game with my friend on his ipad, called risk. It was the official app of the popular strategy board game risk. I recently went looking for it on my android phone, but i'm not sure if it actually exists on android as I can't find it anywhere.

Does anyone know whether its possible to download it on android, and if it is how do I do it?
