I’ve been on RoboForm for 10+ years, and I’m wondering what reasons there are to switch. This article says about 3 times that it’s severely lacking in features. But I don’t see a single one listed. I’m probably stupid. But I’ve been looking at other reviews and product pages too, and nothing has jumped out at me they way either.

I switched to Roboform after LastPass jacked their prices up.
Initial impressions were that RoboForm was as good as LastPass for my needs - so I paid for a 3 year licence.
However, after a few months, I found that there were too many incidents where Roboform just was not working correctly e.g. the Home page not showing properly, not filling passwords on Android devices etc.
I did raise tickets with Roboform support and they did respond - but with stuff like, try our latest beta, disable other extensions, disable other security software, record the screen etc etc..
I asked for a refund but was told this would not happen - even though I had over 2more years licence remaining..
