My laptop is stuck in a loop. I have got it to where it does a automatic repair but as it is doing it the screen goes black and it acts as if it is booting back up without cutting the power. It wont let me into safe mode. Any solutions?

Try booting up with a Live DVD or Thumb Stick. It is probably OS Corruption. You may need to install the OS.

Did you change to boot order from BIOS to USB/ DVD First?
