Hello!
So I have two internet routers. Router 1 is connected to the main internet connection. Router 1 has 4 LAN ports. Router 2 is connected to LAN Port 1 in Router 1. My PC is connected to Router 2 via LAN Port 1 in the Router 2. My Dad's PC is connected in the Router 1 LAN Port 2. My problem is, My Dad's PC is showing a sign that it is not connected to the internet or does not have any internet access? Why?

But if remove Router 2 in the connection, my Dad's PC does connect to the internet. What's wrong?

Solution
You need to configure the second router as a switch only, there may be a configuration option in the settings of it. You will at least need to turn off DHCP on it, and possibly the built in firewall.

as you connected the router 2 to router 1 so the network connection is only working through the router 2 and not router 1. So either configure the both the router in order to get the connection as you required.
