Question Roxel rcd400

Hello, looking for help please 🙏
My partner recently bought a Roxel rcd400 (radio/cd player) he wants to use his Bluetooth headphones but we can’t get them to pair - neither of us are very tech savvy. Followed the instructions (brief) but headphones won’t connect.

I don't see a manual to the player online, but from the description on the web site it seems it may be bluetooth only for connecting a device for playback not listening. So a phone to stream music to the speakers in the radio not for headphones.
