....go for the 97 over the 99....better build quality and better composite
output. The 3D Y/C filter in the 99 is 1st gen. and almost all newer
HDTV's will have better ones. I prefer the 97 and owned both.....owners
will argue on end which is better.
Check this.....few months back I seen a McIntosh 7020B (AC-3 option... aka
97 clone) on AGON listed in the CD player section for $400
OBO.....9/10....dude must have had the biggest smile on his face after
that buy...bet he got it for $400 shipped!
That was dope......and I kicked myself for not scanning AGON earlier, but
the LS-2 makes up for it! Cheers.
