Great prompts! I have used Gen 2 extensively and compared to that Gen 3 seems to generate motion much more consistently and accurately. Also, far fewer distortions and unwanted morphs. It does appear to be more prompt reliant than Gen 2 though as Gen 2 seemed to fill in the gaps more readily - sometimes with unwanted outcomes. So maybe being more reliant on specific details from the prompt is no bad thing. Still a way to go yet, but a huge leap forward.
