S5 plus performing worse than 98% of every other s5

I tried 3dmark today and found out my phone (s5 plus sm-g901f) is weaker than 98% of other s5 plus phones. Looking at the performance report in 3dmark shows, that the cpu is at 0.8 to 1.2 ghz and looking at the graph shows that the cpu speed was dropping constantly in graphics test and dropping and staying to 0.8 in physics test. This is a problem with the battery, because i could not install any other android version other than android 8.1.0 (unofficial version). if thats the problem, what do i do without buying a new battery?

Maybe the problem is with the ROM you are using. Some are not fully complete and need more tweaking, can you post the link from where you got it ?

I cnat find the link anymore, but its a lineage 15.1 rom, but i also tried a rr 6.0.0 version and it gives me the same result

Also, my phone would rarely restart, like it would with any android version below 8.0
